Andrew Stoddart

Managing Director

Andrew is the VIDA founder with 30 years experience as a professional RIBA certified Architect.

His experience at the top level of architectural design, allows him to specialise in providing clients with advice and guidance on not only bespoke house design, but also on the commercial elements of property and land development. His success in getting the best possible planning consent, delivering the best commercial outcome, keeps clients and partners coming back for more.

Matthew Lobley

Senior Architect

From an early age, Matthew always wanted to be an Architect and now has over 20 years of experience within the industry, working in a wide range of sectors and on a wide variety of projects.

His preliminary focus is on the quality of the product he delivers for our clients, including visualising their aspirations whilst always ensuring that we can deliver within the time and financial constraints of the brief.

Matthew is a firm believer that you should never sit still and should always strive to improve on your latest body of work. Communication is key, whether it be verbal, written or drawn, to ensure clients and the design team can maximise output and achieve the best possible product.

The technical problem solver and engine room of our projects. Andrew has a passion for technical specification and clear drawings. Strong team player and clear communicator.

Andrew believes that collaboration is the best way to achieve a positive outcome for VIDA and more importantly our clients. Although there are times when, in such a technically focused business, Andrew has to say "sorry, that's just not possible", or "If we do it this way, we'll get through this much more efficiently.", his focus is ALWAYS for the good of the project and our clients.
